Home Efficiency Group ships only within Tasmania. Delivery is via our own fleet or via CSR Bradford's delivery network.
Delivery is $75 per shipment to major metro areas within mainland Tasmania, such as Greater Launceston, Greater Hobart, Devonport, Ulverstone and Burnie. Please contact HEG for shipment to rural and/or remote areas
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. In some circumstances orders may take longer, however you will be notified of the delay.

We keep stock of popular products in our warehouse and we often ship the same day the order is received if the order is made prior to midday.
Specialty items and stock that needs to be ordered require an extra 2-3 days for delivery – we will notify if your order requires this.
We do not provide an express service, and we cannot guarantee delivery days and times. We would recommend you wait until you receive the items before confirming times with electricians and other contractors.
If you need your order urgently, please feel free to send us an email prior to purchase with the item/s you are looking to purchase and the delivery address for the order to firstname.lastname@example.org we can give you a more accurate shipping time.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account via the My Account link at the top of the window, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
